Picture Album - Sewing Class

Sewing class has been going since the beginning of 2000. 

Several hundred students finished the course.

 This lady is sewing as she is drying her rice. We partly sponsored more than 50 machines to encourage cottage and home industry.

The students now receive West Bengal Government Certification. This gives much better job opportunities. The older girls from class 6, 7 & 8 can follow the sewing course, which is voluntary for those who would like to learn sewing.
